1. Who this is between
These terms are between Redplumm International Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12641418, and the business named on the account. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
They apply to Redplumm Build, the AI Receptionist, and any custom development we carry out for you unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
2. What you get
Redplumm Build — build small operational apps, share them as links, collect records. £15 per person, per month.
AI Receptionist — an automated agent answers your phone, takes messages and books appointments. £60, £150 or £240 a month depending on tier, each with a monthly allowance of call minutes.
Both begin with seven days free, and we do not ask for a card to start.
3. What Redplumm Build is not
Build makes small, focused apps: a form, its records, and a link. It does not do logic between screens, workflows that branch, customer logins, invoicing, stock that moves between places, or integration with systems you already run.
If you need those things, that is custom development and a separate engagement. We would rather say so plainly than have you subscribe expecting otherwise.
4. Paying
Billing is handled through PayPal and starts when the free trial ends. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Build is charged per seat. Adding someone increases your subscription the same day; removing them decreases it. You pay for the seats in use.
If a payment fails, PayPal retries up to three times. After that the account suspends: your data remains and you can still read and export it, but forms stop accepting new submissions and the receptionist diverts calls to your transfer number.
Cancellation and refunds are covered in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your data is yours
You own everything you put in. We claim no rights over it, and we will not use it to train models or for any purpose other than running the service for you.
You can export to CSV at any time, including after cancelling. We will not hold your records hostage to keep you subscribed.
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and, where we act as your processor, under a Data Processing Agreement which we will provide on request.
6. What we expect of you
Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, store data you have no right to hold, or attempt to reach another customer's account. Do not resell it as your own without a written agreement with us.
You are responsible for what you collect. If your forms gather personal data, you are the controller of it and the legal obligations are yours.
7. The AI Receptionist, specifically
Worth reading properly, because this one answers your telephone.
It is a machine and it will sometimes be wrong. It may mishear a name, a postcode or an address. It may misjudge urgency. Treat it as a capable receptionist having an average day, not as infallible.
Do not rely on it for emergencies. If your callers may have safety-critical problems — gas, flood, medical, anything time-critical — you must say so in your configuration and provide a transfer number. The agent will hand over, but you have to set that up.
You must tell your callers. It is your line and your customers. Disclosure is your responsibility, not ours.
Call audio is processed by third parties — Twilio, ElevenLabs and OpenAI — which are listed in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you accept those sub-processors.
Minutes are monthly and do not roll over. When they run out, calls divert to your transfer number rather than being dropped. Nobody is ever hung up on.
8. What we promise, and what we do not
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and fix problems promptly. We monitor uptime and respond to outages.
We do not promise a specific uptime percentage. We are a small company and we would rather say so than publish a figure we cannot back with service credits. If we have a significant outage we will tell you what happened.
We may change features. If we remove something you rely on, we will give you 30 days' notice by email.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise, and to the fullest extent the law allows: our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from missed or mishandled telephone calls.
Given the AI Receptionist answers your telephone, that last point matters. If a missed call would cost you more than you could bear to lose, keep a human fallback.
10. Ending it
You can cancel whenever you like, from inside your account. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for exactly what happens.
We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or for use that threatens the service or other customers. Except in cases of serious breach, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
On termination you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
11. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce something on one occasion, that does not waive our right to do so later.
